    This Simonis-Voogd design, builds on proven fast hull shapes that guarantee very good all-round performance.
    The FAREAST 31R GRP neatly slips into the HP30 Class, with an LOA of 9.50 metres and with a low displacement of 2,100Kgs, it has one of the lowest displacement to length ratios and falls firmly into the serious racing yacht category.

    The modern hull shape with its flat run stern, allows for exhilarating downwind sailing and speeds over 25kts are comfortably achievable. Quality materials combined with modern manufacturing processes ensure a light and rigged hull. This combined with excellent balance make the boat easy to control.

    The Selden aluminium mast with twin running back-stays enables this powerful yacht to carry a large square top mainsail and class leading heads sails. The boat can also be specified with a carbon mast to further improve performance.

    The deck layout is clean, with all control lines running under the deck. Helmsman foot rests can be adjusted for a perfect steering position.

    For the competitive club racer this could well be your route to the podium.
